Welcome to Mobe! These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mobe website, game, and subscription service. By creating an account, playing Mobe, or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
- Acceptance of Terms
By using Mobe (the website, game client, or any related service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Mobe. - Subscriptions & Billing
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You may cancel anytime in your account settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal link we provide.
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change prices with notice (you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance).
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Motes & Beams LLC never stores your full payment information. - Game Accounts & Conduct
• You must be at least 13 years old to play Mobe.
• Your in-game behavior must follow our community guidelines (no harassment, cheating, or exploitation).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
• All in-game progress and characters belong to you — but the game world and systems are owned by Motes & Beams LLC. - Intellectual Property
• Mobe, the starmaps, and all game assets are owned by Motes & Beams LLC or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the game client.
• Any content you create or post in Mobe remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it in the game and on our website. - Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your data. - Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your subscription will be canceled and you will lose access to paid features. - Limitation of Liability
Mobe is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. - Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-game notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Mobe after the changes means you accept the new terms.
By using Mobe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms work alongside our separate Monument Block Purchase Agreement for any block purchases.
