Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Mobe (the website, game, and subscription service), how we use it, and the choices you have.

   • Game data (characters, progress, starmaps activity)
   • Subscription & payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store full card details)
   • Usage data (how you play, device type, crash reports)
   • Optional: profile details you choose to share
2. How We Use Your Information
   • To provide and improve Mobe (including Dedicated Server multiplayer)
   • To process subscriptions and send receipts
   • To prevent cheating and maintain fair play
   • To communicate with you (welcome emails, subscription updates, important notices)
   • To comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing Your Information
   We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited cases:
   • With Stripe (for secure payment processing)
   • With AWS (for game servers, databases, and email delivery)
   • With trusted service providers who help us run Mobe (under strict contracts)
   • If required by law or to protect the safety of our players
4. Cookies & Tracking
   We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.
5. Children’s Privacy
   Mobe is intended for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.

   • Cancel your subscription anytime
   • Request a copy of your data (GDPR/CCPA rights)

   We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers. While no system is 100% secure, we work hard to protect your information.
8. Changes to This Policy
   We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-game notice at least 30 days in advance.

This Privacy Policy works alongside our Terms of Service and the separate Monument Block Purchase Agreement.
