Monument Block Purchase Agreement

This Agreement is between you (“Purchaser”) and Motes & Beams LLC (“Company”). By completing a purchase of a Monument Block through the website at motesandbeams.com, you agree to these terms.
- Purchase
You are purchasing a symbolic sponsorship right to a single block in the Eternal Monument to the Living Tree of Human Knowledge. The purchase price is displayed on the website and paid via Stripe for tiers 5 through 10. Tiers 1 through 4 will be handled via direct communication for the purchaser's preference and to minimize fees. - Honoree & Sponsor
You select one honoree from the current Honoree Registry. You may choose to be listed as sponsor or remain anonymous. The Company reserves the right to reject or modify any honoree or sponsor name that violates the Monument Rules. - Provisional Display
During construction, your block (if approved) appears on the live pyramid view at motesandbeams.com with the selected honoree name and (if not anonymous) your sponsor name. - One Block per Canonical Name
If a block for the same honoree is later purchased on a higher tier, your lower-tier block is vacated and the full purchase price is refunded to you. The honoree remains honored in the final monument. - Final Construction & Permanence
Upon completion (all blocks sold or declared complete by the Company):- The pyramid is permanently rendered in Mobe.
- Data is encrypted and redundantly archived.
- If feasible, long-term physical storage and/or space launch may occur.
- Non-Refundable
All purchases are final and non-refundable except in the specific case described in Section 4 (higher-tier duplicate honoree). No other refunds are provided for any reason, including changes to honoree approval status, sponsor name rules, or rules amendments. - No Ownership or Investment
This is a symbolic sponsorship only. You acquire no ownership, equity, intellectual property rights, revenue share, or other interest in Mobe, the website, the physical monument (if built), or any Company asset. - Changes to Rules & Registry
The Company may amend the Monument Rules or Honoree Registry at any time. Continued use of the website or future purchases constitutes acceptance of the current version. - Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. - Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the current Monument Rules (incorporated by reference), constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company.
By completing the purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and the Monument Rules.
